Our modular leadership and management development programme lets you create the perfect programme to suit your organisation, your line managers and your operational availability.
You pick the duration of how frequently modules are offered – once a week, once a month or 10x modules in a week…the programme is designed to be entirely flexible.
We offer pre and post self-assessment for each of the delegates to complete and record their learning and development, which can be built into the final session. Additionally, we can offer a scenario-based assessment at the end of the programme to check learning and practical application, if required, based on the modules chosen.
The following modules are part of our ‘pick and mix’ range. You can select as many, or few modules, as required. Each module is 3 hours, unless specified otherwise. We can deliver 2x modules back-to-back in 1 day to keep the programme cost-effective.
