NEBOSH International Diploma Course Overview
The course includes 185 taught hours and approximately 144 hours of private study and background reading, with 80 assessment hours.
The course is equivalent to a UK degree with full honours and consists of three units.

How the course is assessed
DI1 is an assignment, whilst for DI2 and DI3 learners must complete a case study. Part of the Unit DI1 assessment will require learners to undertake some workplace-based activities. A delegate can receive an overall refer, pass, credit or distinction grade following their open book examination and a pass grade for the practical assessment.
Pre-requisites
There are no mandatory qualification entry requirements for this qualification; however, it is recommended learners have undertaken the NEBOSH International Certificate – see more on this course here. NEBOSH strongly recommends that learners have a suitable standard of English to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.
