Post-Brexit Planning & Compliance
As the Brexit deadline looms, many companies are wondering how they can prepare for life after the EU.
At the moment British companies can send products to EU members states without much hassle, as part of the Customs Union. Once the UK has left the EU, especially if this is via what commentators call a ‘hard Brexit’, there will be a significant increase in the paperwork and compliance obligations that UK businesses must meet in order to continue to sell into these EU markets.
If UK companies are not prepared for new customs obligations outside of the union, they will ultimately have to pay a cost. It is therefore imperative that UK businesses better educate themselves in how the international customs environment works because the cost of not doing so could be significant.
This one-day training course will focus on the potential changes in export documentation that Brexit may bring.
You will now also get access to our 3-hour e-learning course to explain Customs Declaration processes and procedures.
