NEBOSH have partnered with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to create the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work

According to NICE, 3.7 million working days are lost each year in the UK because of work-related stress, anxiety and depression, costing £28.3 billion. This qualification will ensure learners are trained in HSE’s current approach to managing and controlling stress at work. Upon completion, learners will have the knowledge to be able to recognise the causes and effects of stress; identify work-related stress risks within your workplace; and apply suitable interventions to prevent and reduce stress.

The course is suitable for anyone responsible for managing people or for managing workplace stress and is designed to help delegates identify and reduce workplace stressors to create a positive, healthier workplace.

How the Course is Assessed

A one-hour multiple-choice assessment is completed at the end of the course. You will be presented with a realistic workplace scenario and will answer multiple-choice questions focused on the principles learnt throughout the course.
