ACAS guidance on age discrimination

We look at the impact of the recent ACAS guidance in relation to a number of tricky areas including: age related assumptions over training and development for employees; implicit if not explicit references to age in recruitment processes; consistency in relation to performance management issues; how to engage with employees around the issue of retirement and management of the menopause in the workplace.

Discussion

Delegates will have an opportunity to share experiences from their own workplaces on the issues raised and so enhance their knowledge and understanding of the available solutions.
