Make UK’s benchmarking data is designed to provide busy HR professionals, within the manufacturing sector, easy to digest tools that highlight some of the key trends in the industry.  

The Make UK/Ceridian 2021 Absence Benchmark provides information on the sickness absence rates and days lost to sickness absence in manufacturing businesses in 2020. The Absence Benchmark provides overall sickness absence rates for the sector, as well as a breakdown by employee type, by company size, sector and region.
