Make UK’s latest Pay Bulletin has now been published. The Pay Bulletin asks companies whether they have agreed a pay settlement, deferred their pay review or are still undertaking their pay reviews. Of those companies that have agreed a pay settlement, the Pay Bulletin shows how many companies settled at specific rates as well as the number of companies that have offered no pay awards.
